Determining a quality cigar, one has to look for some definite pre-smoking features such as construction and aroma. A well made cigar is smoothly rolled and should not be too light. A full flavored cigar should not be consumed with an empty stomach. A beginner should start with a mild cigar then gradually should move on to more complex flavors. While smoking one thing must be remembered that smoke should not be inhaled, letting the flavor circulate in your mouth, and then blow out the smoke. Cigarette smoking is the most common cause of development of lung cancer. Scientific studies show that the risk of lung cancer increases with the number of cigarette smoked over a certain period of time. Cigarettes are primarily blamed for lung cancer because tobacco smoking contains 4000 cancer causing chemicals. The two primary cancer-causing ingredients found in tobacco smoke are called nitrosamine and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
